Rock  & Ice Climbing Course 

Learn climbing techniques in rock and ice, rope skills, lead climbing, abseiling, equipment use, crevasse rescue, weather,  navigation and safety. 
One day on the rocks and  one day on the glacier.

Private Guide - Intensive course - Rock & Ice Climbing
One day rock climbing & one day ice climbing

The aim of this intensive course is to develop your interest in the mountains to a technical knowledge necessary 
for safe, efficient and enjoyable climbing.
This course will include equipment familiarity, placing protection, rope skills, climbing techniques in rock, ice  & snow,
travelling on glacial terrain, abseiling, lead climbing, tour planning, safety and rescue, .

Experience Requirements
No experience is necessary, applicants should have a healthy fitness attitude and enjoy the mountains because 
this course is very intense.

"Plaisir" Climbs  - Day trips
Climb the most spectacular multi-pitched routes in Berner Oberland grade 3 to 6a.

Climbing Camp - Les Calanque South of France

This climbing camp is ideal for both beginners and advanced climbers.
